Your booking and invoice data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Vercel. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. Payment card information is never stored on our servers — it is handled entirely by Stripe.

We retain booking and invoice records for accounting and legal purposes for a period of 7 years. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
